INSTRUCTIONS:

Please read each section of the application form carefully and provide appropriate responses to the information requested.

1. Passport size photos must accompany this application. No larger than 5 MB.
2. A PDF letter of recommendation from your pastor (No larger than 1 MB) and one (1) of the following
   A) Employer/ colleague or
   B) Justice of the Peace/Minister of Religion.
3. Certified copies of your academic qualifications.
4. A scan PDF ID or Driver’s license will be required no larger than 1MB.
5. Submit transcripts:
   
   1. First time college applicants should request their transcript from their high schools
   2. Transfer applicants should request their transcript from the college(s) previously attended.Transcripts should be sent directly from the high school/college to:
